It is always a grand occasion when any individual goes to buy a brand new car but the time of buying a car is also very crucial.   • Month End/Quarter End: Any end of the month or end of the quarter is very advantageous from the customer’s side because the car dealers and executives have to meet the target sales and revenue during the last leg of the month or quarter, and hence, they will be pushing through and going to any extent for doing good business. It is therefore highly probable that one may get a car at discounted rates or receive some extra accessories and gifts while buying a car during either the end of the month or end of the quarter. The best possible months include July, September, December and March.

  • Last week of new models: Whenever a new model arrives in the market, its price usually remains on the higher side making it quite costly for anyone to afford. However, when the same model passes a few weeks and the dealers want to clear the outlets to bring in some other car, this is again a good time to go for these cars because the prices are generally reasonable although the depreciation will be a bit faster than the other counterparts of the same age.

  • Festivals: A year is full of festivals like Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, New Year and many more. Likewise, the happy occasions also carry a very auspicious reason to buy a new car. When this is the case, the car dealers often want to make use of this opportunity by coming up with exciting offers of affordable price ranges of the cars, sometimes even compromising with the actual cost as well. This helps them to do more business during these peak seasons and also gives a chance to the potential customers to go for their dream cars within a decent budget.

  • Weekends with additional holidays: Again here comes the picture of a weekly target of the car dealers and executives as well. Weekdays generally witness high amount of sales whereas the level of sales goes down a little during the weekends starting from Friday, especially when there are long weekends due to additional holidays. In such cases also, it is better to go for buying a car from the showrooms because there are high chances of getting attractive offers.
